Summer is finally here in Paris and who says summer says “
Yeah summer fruits are back we are going to eat until our tummies explode” (my head is always ready to eat everything that seems delicious, not my stomach: one of the worst conflict in my life); more politicaly correct it’s “mmh I can finally eat melon, watermelon, cherry…. yummy”
Last week for a friend Bday we make a big girly (aka no greasy food but big chocolate cake) apéro for the occasion! Everyone had to bring what we had in our fridge and after we decided what to eat 🙂
I wanted to share with you some recipes my friends made, that my could give a little twist to your own apéro ^^
Zucchini with goat cheese:
– 1 zucchini
– 1 softgoat cheese (as much as you like)
– a peeler that can make long large strips
– olive oil
As you can see you need toroll the zucchini and the cheese and TADAAA ! It’s soo good ! Easy and looks so sophisticaded.
You can also do the same recipe but with salmon instead of zucchini, it’s delicious too !
Sadly eating can’t be the only thing we do at dinner, but here’s a solution! We bought two different kind of brownies and we decided to guess which one was the best, which brand…
The funnier would be to do that with a lot of other food and guess what you are eating (it’s harder that it seems). For us this game went wrong the moment the brownies were cut down … everyone was hungry and stole a part of it 🙂
