All food lovers know this dilemma: how can I keep eating without becoming an elephant?
I choose to run, my old nemesis! If you told me 2 years ago that I will love running I would have laugh at you (don’t get me wrong I love sports but endurance has never been my forte !
But here I am, on my way to my second official run: Nike Women’s 15km Run Paris and then the 20km of Paris in October! And why not doing a marathon in the future?
Apart from not becoming a sushi myself because I eat too much (even the healthy stuff can be tricky when you have a hippo’s appetite 🙂 , I run because it’s free, I have the chance to live in a nice city so I won’t get bored of the scenery, I want to be able to survive in case of a zombie apocalypse, I want to get fit …
I wanted to share with you this little article because when I ‘m not dreaming about travelling, I’m living my Parisian life as much as I can ( life which consists on eating, sleeping, reading, walking in Paris, stalking people on internet, planning my hypothetical future since my 16th bday, playing with my cat…)
If you want to share any advices for the food lover I am, I would be more than glad 🙂
